Below is a list of metadata and digital library-friendly sessions for ALA Annual 2009. Planning to attend a session or already reporting on a session? Think about blogging it here! I’ve tried to be inclusive as possible with the sessions as metadata is a cross-disciplinary topic within library and information science. Sessions of interest include metadata, digital projects, digital technology, and cataloging, and are from all different groups within and even outside of ALA. Note that many of the sessions are sponsored through LITA, which has its own blog. They are also looking for bloggers. After ALA, I will try to link to as many sessions as I can that have write-ups.
